What is the warranty policyUpdated 2 months ago

Warranty

Pure Electric offers a 24-month warranty on e-scooters in the Benelux, covering original defects in materials and workmanship  calculated from the date of receipt.

Warranty registration

Pure Electric products are automatically registered for warranty from the date of purchase. There is nothing you need to do.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Consumable parts such as tyres, inner tubes, brake cables, brake pads, grips, caps, rubber footpads and cosmetic parts (paint, decals, stickers).
  • Parts showing signs of misuse or that have been treated contrary to the instructions in the user manual (improper use, improper maintenance, improper storage, or damage from a fall).
  • Damage resulting from an accident, reckless use, or intentional damage.
  • E-scooters that have been opened, disassembled, or modified with non-approved parts, or by a person not qualified by Pure Electric.
  • Normal wear and tear, surface damage, or cosmetic damage.
  • Cases where no original proof of purchase is available.

Transferring your warranty

Unlike many other brands, Pure Electric's warranty can be transferred to a new owner, provided the original proof of purchase is handed over.

To transfer your warranty, send an email to [email protected] from the email address used for the original purchase. Include your order number (e.g. PS12345) and the name and contact details of the new owner. The warranty period remains unchanged and runs from the original purchase date.

  • Order number (starting with PS)
