If your e-scooter isn't charging, please work through the steps below before contacting our customer service team.
Step by step
- Try a different wall socket to rule out a faulty power outlet.
- Connect in the correct order: first plug the charger into the scooter, then plug the charger into the wall socket.
- Check the charger light:
- Light stays green after being connected: the charger may be faulty and should be replaced.
- Light turns red but does not change to green after the charging time stated in the manual: this suggests an issue with the scooter itself. Send it in for assessment.
A slight buzzing sound during charging is normal. Loud, high-pitched, or unusual noises could indicate a problem.
