I haven't received my scooter yet. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your scooter has not arrived yet. To find out where your order is, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your live tracking
Our transport partner, Van Spreuwel Transport, handles our deliveries. You can instantly view your planned delivery day and time slot online.
Go to the Van Spreuwel Track & Trace Portal.
Enter your postal code and house number.
Step 2: Check your order confirmation
Please note that our shipping and support services are strictly limited to the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg). We do not ship to addresses outside of these countries.
