Shipping Policy
This article covers delivery times, shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.
Delivery times
Pure Electric aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the Benelux region and carrier availability.
Shipping costs
Current shipping costs are displayed at checkout on pureelectric.nl or pureelectric.be. Always check your shopping cart for the exact costs before placing your order.
Delivery issues
If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number (starting with PS) and a description of the issue.
Common situations:
- Package not received: first check the track & trace status. If it shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us.
- Wrong product received: send a photo of the received product along with your order number to [email protected].
- Damaged package received: take photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product, and send them to [email protected].
